ImageThe BARC bakesale made $55.28 for Port Colborne Feline Initiative. Thanks to our bakers Bethanee Brown, Gavin, and Cydney Nutbeem and thanks to everyone who bought and donated!
 
PCFI is a non-profit, all volunteer charity dedicated to humanely reducing our community’s homeless cat population and improving their quality of life through our community spay/neuter programs.

Proceeds will support their programs which have enrolled close to 500 cats to date. Learn more including how you can support their efforts here: http://www.pcferalcats.org/

The Brock Animal Rights Club and The Live Free collective will be accepting VEGAN food donations for the RAFT’s monthly vegan serving, as well as ANY food donation for companion animals (cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs etc.) for Niagara Action for Animals’ feral cat colonies and the homeless animals at the Lincoln County Humane Society.

When: Monday Nov 21st and Thursday Nov 24th
Where: MCA BLOCK
Time: 11am-3pm.

***We will also be selling “Paws for Thought” for $2.00. Write the name of your companion animals on a paw and support Niagara Action for Animals TNR feral cat program. We will be having having an outreach table about responsible companion animal care, as well.

Party for the Paws (P4P) is scheduled for Friday, August 5th from 7pm – 1 am at Club Richelieu, 565 River Road in Welland. 

Featuring Prizes, Raffles, Live Music & Great Food!

For a donation of just $20.00 (sitting fee) you will receive a professional photoshoot which includes a 4 x 6 photo. Additional prints can be ordered at very reasonable prices. Pictures are available for immediate viewing.

The 6th Annual Holiday Food/Toy Drive is coming up. Stop by MC A Block on Tuesday November 20th and Wednesday December 1st, 11-3pm.

The holidays are a time to reflect on our own privileges and in doing so help others in need- both humans, non-human animals

BARC will be collecting food/toys for homeless animals in Niagara (e.g., Cat/ Kitten canned/dry food, dog canned/dry food, kitty litter, cat/dog toys, dog collars, small animal food, etc). We are also collecting non-perishable vegan food items for community care (canned veggies, beans, pasta, etc)

Please help us make a difference by bringing in your food and/or toy donation. Thank you!

Come out to a great summer event — the Niagara Action for Animals annual Party for the Paws!! Live music – Cindication, dancing, licensed bar and vegan hot & cold buffet. Plus, door prizes, draws, raffles, and Tombola.

This will be an amazing night of fun to raise funds for NAfA’s many spay/neuter programs.

Time: August 6 at 7:00pm – August 7 at 1:00am
Location: Club Richelieu, 565 River Road, Welland, ON

Tickets are $7 each or 2 for $10 and are available in advance or at the door.
